Blinky Balancer Help

Anybody know anything about the blinky balancers? Whenever I plug it up to my lipo the red ligts flash at the same time and then 1 just flashes on and off as long as I have it connected. Does anybody know what this means and know what I should be looking for with the flashing lights? Any help would…
