LiPo Battery for Losi Mini Late Model

Hey guys I just Losi Mini Late Model with the Xceleron Brushless System and I bought a 2 cell 1650 mah lipo battery. I know you cant completely run down lipo batteries or else they are done. I’m just wondering how long you should use the battery for before you recharge it? 5m, 10m? Just curious.;)
