Lipo capacity….how is lipo rated??

I just bought a good quality 2S 4300 Lipo pack and used it yesterday for my 4wd mod buggy race.

I run the pack with the LRP sphere comp esc and 5.5T motor. After my last race, I practice a bit with the remaining juice in the lipo. The ESC is set at lipo mode but I lost acceleration and punch…
