MX-11 and 2.4ghz spectrum wont link?

I’ve got an MX-11 with the spectrum receiver and can’t seem to get it to link. I just bought this radio and cant get it to sink on either one of my trucks?

I know to hold down the buttons on the back of the transmitter before turning it on, and then hold down the receiver button while powering…
