My MM 5700 combo

“Hi Guys”

Can i have some support please.
Problem is yesterday i try reset my esc using my pc. After that i went to drive my car and when turn it on i start hear bleeping sound (once) every 20 sec.)) what you think what cause that.?
iam pretty new to ep/bl sistem.
