Somewhat OT… BEC with Lipo for a mobile Iphone charger?

I was wondering… Would it be feasible building a mobile Iphone charge adaptor with the 5V out provided by a switching BEC?

Lipo -> UBEC -> Iphone USB charge connector

I imagine an 8000mah 2S pack should provide the road warrior with more than a few hours of juice
